At ThriveWell, we believe healing begins with love, dignity, and the power of walking together. ThriveRise is our 90-day classroom-based healing journey rooted in evidence-based practices, personal transformation, and heart-led connection.

This is more than a program—it’s a path back to yourself.Over the course of 12 weeks, ThriveRise invites participants to explore one core principle of thriving each week—principles like confidence, empathy, perseverance, and self-awareness—building a foundation for a meaningful, resilient life.Each session is designed to uplift the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
What You Will Experience
Every class is taught by a certified ThriveWell Coach, trained not only in clinical techniques but in compassionate presence. Our coaches don’t lecture from a podium—they sit beside you, listen deeply, and walk the path with you.
