ThriveRise is our 90-day classroom-based healing journey rooted in evidence-based practices, personal transformation, and heart-led connection.

Over the course of 12 weeks, ThriveRise invites participants to explore one core principle of thriving each week—principles like confidence, empathy, perseverance, and self-awareness—building a foundation for a meaningful, resilient life. Each session is designed to uplift the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
